VillA

Villa Parma, nestled in the heart of Hepburn Springs, is a rare gem surrounded by stunning landscaped gardens so captivating that it’s easy to lose yourself in their beauty. Grape vines line the driveway, leading to expertly manicured hedging and pathways that wind through private corners, perfect for an afternoon spent with a book in hand.

As one of the last remaining Swiss-Italian buildings in the Daylesford region, Villa Parma was built in 1864 by local butcher and viticulturist, Fabrizzio Crippa. The property was abandoned in the 1970s and fell into disrepair, leaving behind traces of its past, including faint markings from local vandals on the external walls.

While the bones of the property still retain their old-world charm, we’ve brought the interiors back to life, transforming them into a space that is decadent, comfortable, and full of character. Stepping inside feels like entering the pages of an Agatha Christie novel, where timeless elegance meets modern luxury.
